All invited guest are welcome in our home, while a guest here, we ask everyone to honor and respect the historic 174 year old property as though it was their own home.

Any disrespectful or discriminatory comments, aggressive behavior, fighting, or property harm and damage will not be tolerated and will terminate the event or stay immediately for the perpetrator and potentially the entire event/group. 

Each one’s privacy should be respected and preserved and unless given permission, sharing content in anyway is not allowed. 

Illegal drugs or substances are not permitted on the property at any time. Our property is 100% smoke-free.A $500 penalty will be charged for non-compliance. For questions regarding Cannabis please visit the Office of Cannabis Management Website.

Guests allowed to sleep on the premises are to be 14 years old or older. Younger children are allowed for special gatherings and visits and should be supervised by a parent at all times.

Our House Rooms’ occupancy is up to 2 adults. Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.

General Information: Check- in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are never guaranteed and are subject to availability and/or additional fees.
Guests must be 21+ and a valid ID must be presented upon check-in.

Breakfast is included with your stay, and to be served between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.

Unfortunately, due to the size of our House, pets nor service animals are allowed at this time.

Minimum stay is two nights, one night deposit plus tax is required at the time of the booking and non -refundable, if the reservation is cancelled. If the reservation is cancelled before 3:00 pm, 14 days before arrival date, the second night will be waived. Date changed could be done up to 21 days in advance.

Late check in should be notified  and no show by 11:00 pm without notification will cancel your reservation and all charges will be posted.

Events

 Conduct: Guests / clients to conduct the event or room stay in an orderly manner in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Peach Grove Farm and Guest House rules. The guest/ client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for the damages, loss or liability incurred therein. PGF&GH and its owners reserve the rights to refuse patronage and service of any guest(s) or lessee if they do not comply accordingly.

THIS BEAUTIFUL ESTABLISHMENT HAS BEEN BUILT FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF OUR GUESTS. WE ASK FOR PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO CHILDREN AND ALL GUESTS. PERCHED IN HISTORY, AT 174 YEARS OLD, PEACH GROVE HOUSE IS NOT A PLAYGROUND, BUT RATHER A TIMELESS PIECE OF HISTORY AND PERSONAL WORK OF BEAUTY. IT HAS TAKEN A GREAT DEAL OF TIME AND WORK, AND YOUR RESPECT OF OUR PROPERTY IS EXPECTED.
