1. Landmark Inn

With a rich history that began with a homestead in the late 1700s that was converted into a restaurant in 1953, the Landmark Inn is a popular destination for anniversary celebrations. The menu features contemporary American cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. 

The Landmark Inn includes two dining rooms and a large parlor adjacent to the separate bar area that reflect the history of the building. Enjoy a delicious dinner in this unique space Tuesday-Sunday.

 

2. Yesterday’s Irish Pub

While visiting family in Warwick, New York, from Long Island, John Christison decided something was missing and set about establishing Yesterday’s Irish Pub, which has become a popular staple in the community for its tasty food and relaxed atmosphere. 

Yesterday’s offers a variety of draft beers and a large menu of Irish and American classics. Be sure to finish off your visit to Yesterday’s with one of the scrumptious, award-winning desserts made by Executive Pastry Chef Peggy Christison.

3.Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery

There are a couple of options for dining and drinks at Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery. Choose between the Tasting Room & Cafe or Doc’s Outdoor Bar and Grille, both of which offer distinct menus based on the fresh ingredients grown on the farm.  

Take a tour of the Black Dirt Distillery and taste some of the best wines, ciders, and spirits while you enjoy live music every weekend. Warrick Valley Winery and Distillery hosts multiple music festivals throughout the year in a gorgeous natural amphitheater. 

Warwick Valley also offers apple picking with a variety of 65 different heirloom and modern apples to choose from. Apple picking season runs roughly from Labor Day through Halloween, depending on the weather. 

4. Bellvale Farms Creamery

If you want to try some of the best ice cream you’ve ever had, take a ride out to Bellvale Farms Creamery. The ice cream is made by hand every single day, along with yummy homemade waffle bowls. You can also have a delicious ice cream pie or cake. With over 50 different flavors on their rotating menu, you’ll want to come back many times to try them all. 

Bellvale Farms has been operating since 1819 with seven generations of family farmers and is recognized as one of the pillars of the Hudson Valley. The owners and employees are passionate about farming and providing quality dairy products to the surrounding areas. You can even learn more about each of the cows on the farm!

Bellvale Farms Creamery is open April-October, including many holidays with specific hours. Don’t forget to take a pint of your favorite flavor home with you!
